My wife, 2 girls and I have been getting our hair done with Stella for over 10years. My hair is really hard to cut and I'm extremely fussy. Everytime I get my hair cut, I can fall asleep and when I wake up she never disappoints. Since she's opened her own shop I think the price is really fair. Thank you Stella!

I have been with Stella for years. She always patient and listen to my needs. She will give hair advices based on your lifestyle and make sure it can be easily maintained on a day to day basis that will suit your lifestyle. I love her because it is all the small details that she pays attention to, no matter is styling, haircut, color etc..People here also talk about the head massage..yes! Her head massage is even better than many masseuse that I have been..anyway, there is many good things I can say about Stella..but once you are with Stella, it will be very hard for you to go to other hairdresser as you will become very picky..Be aware of that!

I’m so happy I found Stella! I came into the salon needing a full reshape of my hair. I showed her some photos and videos of what I liked and she took the time to consult with me on what I liked/didn’t like about my hair and the inspiration I shared. She listened and paid attention to all the details. My cut came out exactly how I envisioned it. She’s beyond talented, very experienced, and friendly. Her salon is bright and clean. I had such a fantastic experience at Stella Hair! From the moment I walked in, Stella was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The salon itself is beautifully kept – clean, modern, and relaxing.

As a hairdresser, Stella really listened to what I wanted and offered great suggestions based on my hair type and face shape. The end result was even better than I expected. I have got the best haircut so far. Stella is such a professional and talented hairdresser.

What I appreciated most was the attention to detail, 1:1 service and how comfortable I felt throughout the whole appointment.

I just had my first visit to this hair salon today and it did not disappoint! The environment is clean, well-maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. Stella was absolutely amazing—she made me feel comfortable and at ease right away. Her professionalism and extensive knowledge of hair care and styling were truly impressive.

I showed her a reference picture of my favorite idol, and she worked her magic to tailor the style perfectly to my hair. The end result was beyond my expectations, and even my partner was blown away by how great it looked!

I’ve been going to Stella Hair for a while now and have always loved the results, but this time I left feeling really disappointed. I showed Stella a photo of the silvery, ash-toned hair I wanted, but she ended up making my hair a bright, blonde color that was far from what I asked for. I thought maybe it would settle after a couple of weeks and tried using purple shampoo to tone it down to the ash color I wanted, but it didn’t work.

When I went back to express that I wasn’t happy and still wanted the silver/grey tone, she offered to redo the toner but insisted on charging me $89 for a blow wave. I even said I didn’t need the blow wave, but she refused to do it without it, telling me, “this is my offer.” I find this really disappointing, especially after paying $500 for a color that wasn’t what I wanted in the first place.

The lack of care and customer service was shocking. I expected more, especially as a loyal client, but unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
